Arab Cargo was established 40 years ago by Mahmoud Agha to offer a cost effective solution for excess baggage at the airport. Today the company employs over 25 experts from various backgrounds in freight-forwarding.

As a full IATA member we have a team trained to CAA standard for hazardous air cargo that is skilled in dangerous goods packing and temperature controlled packing. We also have a dedicated team for Human Remains who are accomplished at handling the specific processes and documentation with delicate care and sensitivity.

Arab Cargo is also a Known Cargo Agent which means we have been given special security status by Civil Aviation Authority / Department of Transport to security screen cargo. The regulations have extremely strict compliance rules especially regarding who we employ. As per the CAA regulations ALL our staff undergo thorough and stringent reference checks which include a 5 year Government background check as well as a Criminal Records Check (CRB). And all our staff wears their Identity Cards at all times.

No other Arab Company in the UK has this level of vetting, training and expertise.

The company is now run on a day to day basis by Mahmoud’s son Nidal.
