Once you make a booking you can track the driver coming to you up to an hour before your appointment.

Our specially trained staff, who all wear ID cards and who have all undergone thorough and stringent reference checks, will come to your address to collect your items. The drivers have portable scales and will weigh the goods and give you a price. Items are then transported in vans equipped with CCTV cameras and GPS tracking and taken to the warehouse for security screening and packing.

Arab Cargo has a state of the art bag wrapping machine used for securing for personal effects.

After the luggage exits our x-ray machine it is placed immediately on the bag wrapping machine which wraps the bags numerous times in an industrial strength waterproof plastic wrap which stretches to over 200% capacity. This protects new luggage from damage, but more importantly keeps contents secure and prevents anyone from tampering with the bags.

The whole process is filmed on two cameras. No other company offers this degree of high level security as standard.

Our bag wrapping machine is the same as those used in UK airports which charge over £11 to wrap each piece of luggage. We offer this service for FREE!

Items which are not allowed to be sent 

If you are sending your personal effects by airfreight they MUST NOT contain aerosols, batteries or any flammable liquids. These are regarded as Dangerous Goods when shipped as cargo. This includes batteries and perfumes. No amount of perfume is allowed to be sent as cargo.

If Dangerous Goods such as perfume is found in the luggage it is likely you risk your shipment being delayed and the items may be destroyed.

However quantities of perfume for personal use can be taken with you on the plane when you travel and they can be checked in the hold.
